Capital Partners AS was founded through Spinnaker AS together with both active and passive partners.
 

During the late 90’s Capital Partners AS with daughters became a small investment boutique, with products ranging from merger and, acquisitions, corporate advising, commercial real estate brokers, ship financing, property financing and financial asset management (bonds & shares).

Tom Søfteland was the CEO of Capital Partners AS, Chairman of the daughter companies, Chief Representative for NIBC (1997-2005) and Chief Representative for Deutsche Hypothekenbank (1998-2001) during the period 1996-2007.
